Living in a dependency on Maria Kaltenbach's renowned stud farm with his grandpa, retired stable-master Kaan, thrifty youngster Sam does a splendid job as stable-hand, in charge of caring for horses, even locked-up dangerous black stallion Windstorm, and visitors. When Maria's intemperate granddaughter is sent there for the summer, having forfeit her summer camp bad bad exams and worse behavior, Sam is stuck with both and finds them drawn to each-other, bizarrely the horse takes to her as to no-one before. When is escapes, he and grandpa help her hide and tame it. Still there are due doubts whether she can enter a race on it, but otherwise Maria would sell it.
