Dewi visits her friend Gadis whose afraid of something and decides to stay a night. The next morning, Gadis found Dewi dead in horrible fashion.Alfie and Nara, survivors from the first film, now living together in an apartment. Alfie spends her nights with lots of unexplained apparitions and haunted by guilt. Sometime later, a group breaks into their place and kidnaps them to a secluded, abandoned orphanage named Rumah Asuh Bahtera. Jenar, their leader introduced themselves. She, Budi, Leo, Martha, Kristi, and Gadis with Dewi was the last orphans at the orphanage when they were kids. Ayub, their caregiver, was mourning to his wife's death who found peace after learning black magic. He began to abuse the kids until the kids manage to burn him alive in the orphanage's basement. They believe Dewi's death is the beginning of Ayub's curse and asks Alfie to help them break it.Using Ayub's black magic bible, Martha studied the book and learns that Alfie must cast a spell and marks a page with her blood. However, after doing the ritual in the basement, an evil spirit attacks them and possesses Kristi; ended in Jenar and Kristi's death. Alfie began to question the group and asks them to drive her and Nara home, but in the car, Budi founds that the car won't run due to the cable being cut. When Budi goes back to the house, Alfies is attacked by an evil spirit and fainted.Alfie woke up and found she's back in the house with Budi, Martha, and Nara in a bedroom. During a discussion, Alfie realized that an old photo of Ayub and the children, showing Gadis and Ayub were holding hands romantically. She believes Gadis suffers Stockholm syndrome, and she's being the one who manipulated the group to brought Alfie and Nara there. In another part of the house, Leo found the trapdoor has been covered in blood and ritual markings, as he tries to escape the room, Gadis close the door and Leo is killed by Ayub.The remaining of the group try to escape the house but stopped by Gadis. In the process, Gadis knocks Budi unconscious and took Nara after stabbed Martha and trapped her with Alfie in a burning room. Alfie manages to cast another spell from the bible to gives her strength to her left hand. She's able to flee from the room and dragged Budi outside to fix the car. Alfie returns to the house for Nara, and as both finally meet and try to go outside from the basement, Gadis shows and attacks Alfie, who now able to controls the power and attacks Gadis with a saw.After go outside, Gadis shows once again but hit by Budi with a car. As she's dying, Ayub crawls inside her stomach before burst her open. Ayub attacks Alfie, Nara, and Budi, and try to possess Alfie. Alfie takes her own life before she gets fully possessed, then wake up finds she meets Molok, the devil who caused all of the trouble. Molok doesn't let Alfie die by suicide because her soul since she was a kid, is already his. Alfie then backs to life and hugs Nara and Budi. The next morning, Alfie, Nara, and Budi leave the burned orphanage with Alfie also brought the black bible.
