Four women set out for a road trip to the highest Motorable pass in the world on their bikes on a journey of self-discovery. The 4 women are Manpreet Kaur Sethi "Mahi" (Ratna Pathak Shah), Uzma (Dia Mirza), Shashi Kumar Yadav "Sky" (Fatima Sana Shaikh) and Manjari alias "Lali" (Sanjana Sanghi).Flashback to a few weeks ago in Delhi. Sky is a biking enthusiast who loves making adventure videos. At a biker meet Sky meets Prabjyot "Prabhi" (Harshpal Singh) and learns that his bike actually belongs to his grandmother. Sky is chasing 1 million followers on social media and is at 750,000. Shrey was Sky's business partner, and together they produced a TV show reviewing bikes for their viewers. Shrey and Sky were in a relationship, but Shrey shared her nude photos with his friends, and they had a falling out. Shrey leaves the channel, and Sky now does the show alone.Her followers have been dropping since Shrey walked away, and the sponsor of the show Nishant Kakkar (Hrriday Malhotra) tells Sky that to influence people she needs a story that she can share with people. He refuses to fund her trip to the Barcelona Auto Expo as he feels Sky is a "has-been". Kakkar runs a biker accessories shop.Sky receives a Facebook request from Prabhi's grandmother Mahi. Mahi had won the bike a few months ago in a newspaper raffle, when she wanted a microwave instead. Mahi tries to sell the bike but meets scammers instead. She learns to ride the bike when her own son and daughter-in-law do have the time to take her for her social and pension related appointments. This is when Sky reaches out to Mahi and records her video to inspire other women to take up bike riding. Mahi is the one who talks to Sky about Khardungla Pass, the highest Motorable road in the world at 18,380 feet. Mahi wants Sky to organize an expedition to Khardungla as it has always been a dream of hers to visit there.Sky pitches the idea to Kakkar by saying that this trip could open a whole new market for women bikers for him. Kakkar agrees to sponsor her for Barcelona if she can complete the expedition in 7 days.Uzma is married to Shabbir (Dheerendra Dwivedi). Uzma is a great cook, and Shabbir takes her for granted by bringing his friends over unannounced for a full course meal. They have a daughter named Zoya. Shabbir wont get Zoya a laptop and wants to shift her to an inexpensive school, for lack of income. Shabbir runs a motorcycle repair shop and Sky & Mahi come to him to hire an on road mechanic. Shabbir makes fun of them. But Uzma approaches them secretly and demonstrates that she is an expert mechanic. Sky wants Uzma to come with them and offers her Rs 75,000. Shabbir agrees since the money involved in substantial.Manjari is the last member of the group, who is more interested in tourist attractions that the symbolism of their mission. Manjari is recently engaged and gets scared easily. Everything in her life has been decided for her by her parents, including her groom. Manjari used to be a biker, with her best friend Martha (Kallirroi Tziafeta). Martha is the daughter of Manjari's father's clients and is well known to the family. Martha asks her parents to send Manjari to her at the Leh Ashram before her marriage. As a critical client, her parents are unable to refuse. Martha sends Manjari the link to Sky's trip that she has advertised on social media.Back in the present, Manjari is unfocused, gets separated from the rest and has a minor accident under a flyover. Her mobile is stolen, so she cannot contact her group and she continues to the next rendezvous point at Kiratpur. Manjari meets a truck driver Taran Dhillon who gives her his spare mobile phone and helps her find the contact number for Sky via her social media account.The girls reunite at Kiratpur at a Dhaba and celebrate Uzma's birthday. Sky is irritated with Manjari as she is lost and disoriented all the time. Mahi gets a flat tire and is stranded. A fellow biker Bernett (Ozgur Kurt) passes her, but Mahi cannot talk to him as she doesn't know English. Still, Bernett returns with a mechanic and helps repair her bike. When the girls catch up, they all like Bernett, but Mahi is cold and indifferent to him.Sky has an accident with pedestrians and Manjari calls the cops. The lady cop finds drugs on Sky and takes Rs 20,000 as bribe to let them go. They spend the 2nd night in Manali at a lodge. They are roughly 498 Kms from Khardungla and 5 days to go. On day 3, the women realize that Sky has been making secret videos of the remaining women in their private moments and posting their journey on the internet to gain followers. Mahi is livid and refuses to go ahead. Manjari says that Sky can never invade anyone's privacy since her own nude photos were leaked on the internet. Turns out it was Moishe, the owner of the Manali lodge who had fed them spiked cookies and made a video in their inebriated state where they discuss fake orgasms, Manjari's virginity and their lustful neighbors.Day 4, they reach Koksar, 470 Kms from Khardungla. The women help a group of stranded travelers to cross a mountain road which was shrouded in fog. Uzma gets a girl of Zoya's age excited about biking. Uzma realizes that she is doing this trip for herself and Zoya and refuses to take money from Sky. Day 5, Sarchu, 321 Kms to Khardungla. Uzma tells Manjari how she was a looker when she was young. All the boys were crazy for her, but she went for the most modest boy Shabbir. They started dating and were together for 2 years before marrying. Yet, they both changed after marriage.Day 6, Pang, 245 Kms to Khardungla. The women are crossing a river, when Sky decides to make a video of the rest from the middle of the river. That's when the river suddenly swells and the 3 women barely cross over with their bikes. Sky's bike stalls and Uzma has to pull her to safety as the bike is swept away in the strong river slow. Her camera is also gone, and with it her chance for Barcelona. In her anger, Sky reveals that the trip was never for women empowerment. It was for her own happiness and future.Sky leaves the group and heads back while the remaining women press forward to Khardungla. At a local village she finds a group of nuns doing Kung Fu headed by their master (Poonam Gurung). She is denied permission to film them by the master. The master helps Sky understand that no one instance can change her life. Change requires hard work and patience. What seems to be the end can be a beginning.Meanwhile, Mahi gets really sick due to lack of oxygen. Luckily, they run into Bernett at a local Dhaba. Bernett helps get Mahi to the local civic hospital. Mahi needs oxygen, and Manjari calls Martha for help. Manjari's mother confronts her in Leh when she goes to meet Martha for the oxygen cylinder. She had seen the Manali lodge video and wants Manjari to return with her. Meanwhile the police stop Uzma as Shabbir has reported the bike as stolen, as she has not been picking her calls.Bernett was by Mahi's side, but when the 2 ladies did not return, he calls Sky, who had just landed in Delhi. Bernett asks Sky to come asap with an oxygen cylinder.Day 7, Leh, 71 Kms to Khardungla. Manjari tells her mother that she wants to make her own decisions in life, just like her mother did after the death of her husband. She goes to help Mahi. Uzma tells Shabbir that the garage is in her name, and she will kick Shabbir out if he doesn't withdraw the FIR. Uzma rushes to the hospital with the cylinder. Sky also reaches at the same time with a cylinder. Sky reconciles with Mahi. She motivates Mahi to complete her journey and her oxygen levels improve. 3 days later, Mahi recovers, and the ladies complete their trip. Bernett gives his own bike to Sky.
